　　This standard is formulated to standardize the principles， contents and levels of the design in preparing the feasibility study reports for water resources and hydropower projects.This standard is applicable to preparing feasibility study reports for construction， renovation and extension of large and medium-sized water resources and hydropower projects. Some contents may be omitted depending on the characteristics of the project. This standard may also serve as a reference for preparing the feasibility study reports on reinforcement projects.為規(guī)范水利水電工程可行性研究報(bào)告的編制原則、工作內(nèi)容和深度要求，制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于新建、改建、擴(kuò)建的大、中型水利水電工程可行性研究報(bào)告的編制，不同類型工程科根據(jù)其工程特點(diǎn)對(duì)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的編制內(nèi)容有所取舍。出險(xiǎn)加固項(xiàng)目可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
