This Standard is formulated to unify the standards for managing engineering laboratories of railway construction projects and to ensure the quality of testing.This Standard is applicable to the management of engineering laboratories of railway construction projectsEngineering laboratories of railway construction projects shall be set up in accordance with the scale， features and work items of the project and built in accordance with the principles of advancement， reliability， economy and practicality. The configuration shall be reasonable and the management shall be in order， so as to meet the needs of controlling construction quality， as well as standardized and informatized management.Engineering laboratories for railway construction projects shall establish and improve quality system to ensure authenticity and accuracy of testing data.In addition to this Standard， testing management of railway construction projects shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national， industry standards and those issued by China Railway Corporation.
