Mr. Weng Wenbo believed that mordern forecast should cover a wild range， such as social forecast （ e.g.population），technical forecast （e.g. developing trend）， economic Forecast （e.g.ten－dency， market， management，etc） ，and military forecast （e.g.strategy）。
