內容簡介

　　中國自改革開放以來在人類發(fā)展方面取得了非凡的成就。與此同時，中國和國際社會都已認識到中國在解決公平問題及有效推進減貧工作上面臨的危險及挑戰(zhàn)。公平問題是人類發(fā)展的核心。《中國人類發(fā)展報告2005》力求為現有的政策討論加入人類發(fā)展的視角。報告認為中國的不公平現象已達到了相當程度。這些不公平現象主要體現在城鄉(xiāng)之間，地區(qū)之間，性別之間和不同的社會群體之間。報告認為，為實現具有包容性，公平和可持續(xù)性的人類發(fā)展，中國需要在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、教育、性別和社會保障等人類發(fā)展層面加大投入；也有必要加強有關公平發(fā)展的承諾和行動，使不同地區(qū)和民眾公平地分享發(fā)展帶來的利益。這對中國的減貧、社會進步和實現千年發(fā)展目標的努力至關重要。這本報告是由聯合國開發(fā)計劃署駐華代表處委托中國發(fā)展研究基金會協調完成的。
