  目前,國內外已經出版了多種有關鑒別診斷的專著,這些專著或者著重對臨床癥狀的分析鑒別,或者強調基于鑒別診斷的需要所作的檢查,或者僅對相似的疾病進行分析。由于外科疾病的特點,臨床醫(yī)師需要一本既包括外科疾病主要癥狀,又包括外科主要疾病的鑒別診斷專著。本書的每一章都首先總結出癥狀或疾病的外科特點,然后再詳盡分析出現癥狀的原因、各種疾病的主要體征和檢查方法、實驗室檢查或輔助檢查結果,對各種疾病進行鑒別診斷,這是本書的特點之一。參加本書編寫的都是在臨床第一線工作的醫(yī)師,他們將在長期的臨床工作中總結出的外科疾病診斷和鑒別診斷方法和經驗匯入此書。本書對臨床醫(yī)師在臨床中的鑒別診斷,尤其是如何對病情進行邏輯分析有一定的指導作用。<
